Product processing
Blind flange production involves selecting high-grade steel (carbon, stainless, alloy), followed by cutting, forging or rolling, heat treatment, and precision CNC machining. The process includes forming a solid, hubless disk with bolt holes and specific face finishes (e.g., RF, RTJ) to seal piping ends, typically using forging for superior strength and cutting/rolling for larger sizes

* Material Selection and Inspection: High-quality billets of carbon steel (ASTM A105, A350), stainless steel (ASTM A182F304/316), or alloy steel are chosen based on the required pressure and temperature, verified by chemical analysis.
