F55 Introduction：
Stainless steel grade F55 has excellent corrosion resistance to a wide range of areas, especially resistance to pitting andcrevice corrosion in seawater and other chloride containing environments, with critical pitting temperature that is more than 50°C (122°F). This material is known to also have high strength and extended lifecycle. It is 10% lighter than grade 316 steel, ideal for sub-zero service, and more cost effective than nickel alloys. Stainless steel grade F55 can be easily machined and welded. The following datasheet provides an overview of stainless steel grade F55.

Elbow Introduction
Elbow (English name: elbow), also known as 90-degree elbow or right-angle elbow, is a pipe fitting used in the piping system to change the direction of the pipeline. It is mainly applied in the field of plumbing installation. This pipe fitting can be classified into three common types according to the angle: 45°, 90°, and 180°. It also includes non-standard angles such as 60° for special engineering requirements. When the bending radius is less than or equal to 1.5 times the pipe diameter, it is defined as an elbow.The material of the elbow covers cast iron, wrought cast iron, stainless steel, alloy steel, carbon steel, non-ferrous metals, and plastics, and the connection methods include direct welding, flange connection, hot melt connection, electric fusion connection, threaded connection, and socket connection, etc. [1]. According to the production process, it is divided into categories such as welded elbow, stamped elbow, extruded elbow, and cast elbow. The main standards include GB/T12459-2017 "Steel Welded Pipe Fittings".The main production processes include hot push forming, stamping forming, and plate welding. Among them, the hot push process has the characteristics of uniform wall thickness and continuous operation, and has become the main production method for carbon steel elbows. The products need to undergo surface shot blasting treatment and anti-corrosion paint coating. The export packaging requires individual large items to be packed independently and marked with size parameters.This pipe fitting is widely used in engineering fields such as chemical engineering, construction, petroleum, power, shipbuilding, etc. It performs the functions of direction conversion and connection of different pipe diameters in the pipeline system and is also known by industrial names such as butt-weld elbow.
