3. Deburring and Chamfering: Use a grinding machine or automatic deburring equipment to remove sharp corners and burrs from the cut sheet metal edges. Simultaneously, chamfer the edges to ensure subsequent installation safety and a smooth product appearance.

4. CNC Bending and Right-Angle Calibration: Precisely bend the sheet metal into a 90-degree right-angle structure using a CNC bending machine. Then, use professional tools to calibrate the angle error to ensure the right-angle accuracy meets industry standards.

5. Surface Treatment Processing: Based on customer needs and usage scenarios, perform surface treatment processes such as stainless steel wire drawing, powder coating, hot-dip galvanizing, or passivation to improve the product's corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and aesthetics.

6. Secondary Quality Inspection: A comprehensive inspection is conducted on the semi-finished products after surface treatment to confirm the uniformity and absence of defects in the coating. Material properties are also verified. Defective products are returned for rework, while qualified products proceed to the next stage.

7. Assembly and Precision Re-inspection: The spacing of mounting holes, overall dimensions, and right-angle accuracy are checked. Necessary component assembly is completed to ensure all product parameters meet factory standards.

8. Packaging: Individual products are individually packaged using rust-proof paper and bubble wrap, then packed into cartons or placed on pallets for sealing in batches. Product specifications, batch numbers, and moisture-proof labels are affixed.

9. Finished Product Warehousing: Packaged finished products are neatly stored in the finished product warehouse. Warehousing records are maintained, and the products await order instructions for outbound delivery.
