1. Raw Material Procurement and Quality Inspection   Purchase stainless steel 316 plates that meet the standards, and conduct random testing on the material composition, thickness, and surface flatness of the plates to ensure that all indicators meet production requirements.

2. Sheet Metal Cutting and Material Preparation   According to the size specifications of the wall-mounted support angle brackets, use a laser cutting machine or CNC shearing machine to precisely cut the stainless steel 316 plate, obtaining the basic material for the angle brackets.

3. Stamping and Reinforcement Rib Manufacturing   The cut-out blank material is placed into a specialized stamping mold, and through the stamping equipment, an L-shaped structure is formed, simultaneously integrating triangular reinforcing ribs to enhance the load-bearing performance of the corner bracket.

4. Drilling Processing   Use a CNC drilling machine to pre-drill installation holes at preset positions on the horizontal and vertical edges of the angle brackets, ensuring precise hole locations and consistent hole diameters to meet subsequent installation requirements.

5. Surface treatment   The formed angle brackets are deburred, the sharp edges and hole openings are polished, and then undergo acid pickling and passivation treatment to enhance the corrosion resistance of the 316 stainless steel material, ensuring a smooth and flawless surface.

6. Finished Product Inspection   Perform full-dimensional inspection on the finished angle brackets to verify parameters such as external dimensions, hole diameter, and hole spacing, while also checking surface quality and structural strength, and eliminate any defective products.

7. Packaging and Storage   The wall-mounted support brackets that have passed inspection are classified and packaged using moisture-proof and rust-proof packaging materials. After labeling with product specifications, material information, etc., they are sent to the warehouse for storage.
