1. Material selection and cutting: Select qualified stainless steel rods or wire rods such as 304 or 316, remove cracks and impurities, and prepare the materials according to the wire drawing specifications.
2. Rough wire drawing: Feed the stainless steel billet into the wire drawing machine, and gradually reduce the diameter through the molds to increase the density.
3. Intermediate annealing: Heat and hold for a period of time, then slowly cool down to eliminate work hardening, restore toughness, and prevent breakage.
4. Fine wire drawing: Through multiple precise molds, draw the wire to reach the target diameter, ensuring precise diameter and smooth surface.
5. Cleaning and drying: Remove surface oil and oxide scale, dry to maintain cleanliness, and avoid rusting.
6. Bright annealing: Anneal in a protective atmosphere to make the wire soft and hard, have uniform luster, and no oxidation discoloration.
7. Inspection and straightening: Check the diameter, tensile strength, and toughness, adjust as needed, and remove bends.
8. Rolling and packaging: Roll and coil as required, cover with film for packaging, and store in the warehouse.
