1. Raw material selection: Use qualified stainless steel wires such as 304 and 316, determine the wire diameter and material based on the application, and check that the surface is free of rust spots and cracks to ensure that the strength and corrosion resistance meet the standards.
2. Wire drawing and straightening: Stretch the stainless steel wire into the specified diameter using a drawing machine, and then correct it with a straightening machine to remove the bends and ensure that the wire is straight and the dimensions are accurate.
3. Weaving / Welding forming: The woven net uses plain weave, diagonal weave, dense weave, etc. The warp and weft wires are interlaced to weave; the welded net is fixed by spot welding the longitudinal and transverse steel wires using resistance welding, controlling the uniformity of the mesh and the firmness of the weld points.
4. Pressing and shaping: After weaving or welding, the product is flattened by a press machine to eliminate stress and warping, ensuring that the net surface is flat and the mesh is regular.
5. Cleaning and oil removal: Use ultrasonic or chemical cleaning to remove surface oil, impurities and welding slag to ensure a clean surface and prepare for subsequent processing.
6. Surface treatment: According to requirements, perform electrolytic polishing, passivation treatment to improve the smoothness and rust resistance; or perform annealing treatment to enhance toughness and corrosion resistance.
7. Cutting and inspection: Cut according to specifications, inspect the mesh accuracy, flatness, weld points / weaving firmness and surface quality, and reject the non-conforming products.
8. Packaging and storage: Qualified products are covered with film, wound and packaged to prevent scratches and moisture during transportation, marked with specifications, materials, mesh count, and then stored in the warehouse.
