1. Raw material inspection and cuttingSelect high-purity copper tubes, test the material, wall thickness, hardness and surface quality, and precisely cut the straight pipes to the specified length to ensure the ports are flat, without burrs or deformation.
2. Forming processingUse hydraulic forming or stamping forming techniques to process the straight pipes into three-way blanks. Through molds, form the T-shaped structure once to ensure three-way concentricity, standard angles, uniform wall thickness, no cracking or wrinkling.
3. Edge cutting and shapingCut the three ports, remove burrs, and chamfer the corners. Correct the ellipticality and size deviations to ensure the pipe ports are round and smooth, providing a foundation for the subsequent compression section processing.
4. Precision processing of compression sectionCarve the compression sealing section, control the outer diameter, inner diameter and slot size, form standard compression slots, so that the pipe fitting and the sealing ring, as well as the compression tool, can be precisely matched, ensuring reliable sealing.
5. Annealing treatmentSend the three-way fittings to the annealing furnace for heating and holding, then cool slowly to eliminate processing stress, improve the toughness and ductility of the copper, enhance the vibration resistance and pressure resistance, and avoid cracking during use.
6. Cleaning and surface treatmentGo through degreasing, acid washing, neutralization, rinsing, drying and other processes to remove oil stains, oxide scale and impurities, making the surface clean and shiny, improving corrosion resistance and assembly smoothness.
7. Installation of sealing ringPrecisely install the special environmentally friendly rubber sealing ring in the compression slot to ensure the correct position, no distortion, and no detachment, meeting the safety requirements of drinking water and hot water systems.
8. Inspection and finished product storagePerform size inspection, air tightness test, water pressure test, and sealing performance inspection. After passing, perform rust prevention, packaging, and labeling to complete the entire production process.
