1. Material selection and cuttingSelect copper rods, tubes or ingots that comply with national standards. Precisely cut according to the specifications of the bends to ensure pure material quality, uniform wall thickness, no cracks, oxidation, or impurities, and ensure stable subsequent forming.
2. Heating and forging / stamping formingSend the copper material into the heating furnace for medium-frequency heating to bring the copper to an appropriate plastic temperature. Use mold stamping, hot forging or hydraulic forming to quickly press the material into a bending blank, control the angle (90°/45°) and the bending radius, and ensure the shape is regular.
3 Edge Cutting and ShapingCut the ports on the raw material, remove burrs, correct the elliptical shape and angle deviations, so that the ends of the elbow are straight and the wall thickness is uniform, meeting the dimensional tolerance requirements.
4. Machining and FinishingCarve, expand, close, chamfer, etc. according to the product type. Welding elbow processing for the socket size; threaded elbow processing for the internal and external threads to ensure sealing and assembly accuracy.
5. Annealing TreatmentSend the elbow to the annealing furnace for holding and slow cooling to eliminate processing stress, enhance the toughness and ductility of the copper, prevent cracking during use, and improve the pressure resistance and fatigue resistance.
6. Surface Treatment and CleaningThrough acid washing, polishing, passivation or brightening treatment, remove oxide scale, oil stains, and impurities, making the surface smooth, anti-oxidation, and improving appearance and corrosion resistance.
7. Inspection and Pressure TestCarry out size inspection, wall thickness inspection, angle inspection, air tightness inspection and water pressure test to check for leakage, deformation, strength, and ensure compliance with water supply, refrigeration, HVAC and other working conditions standards.
8. Packaging and StorageQualified products are cleaned, rust-proof treated, classified and packaged, labeled and stored, completing the entire production process of pure copper elbow.
