Aluminium / Aluminum alloys have strong corrosion resistance. They are sensitive to high temperatures ranging between 200 and 250°C (392 and 482°F) and might lose some of their strength. However, the strength of the aluminum alloys can be increased at subzero temperatures, making them ideal low-temperature alloys. his series of industrial profiles are made by extruding J91100 and 1100 pure aluminum materials, with an aluminum content of ≥ 99.00%. They have excellent plasticity and outstanding ductility, and can be processed into various irregular, arc-shaped, and corner-shaped non-standard cross-sections. They are suitable for complex equipment shells, heat dissipation frames, decorative partitions, and other scenarios.The material is lightweight, with superior thermal and electrical conductivity, and resistant to atmospheric corrosion. It does not oxidize or rust easily at room temperature. After anodizing treatment on the surface, the wear resistance and anti-rust effect are further enhanced. The profiles are extruded as a whole, with standard assembly slots reserved. They can be quickly assembled using angle pieces and bolts without welding. The disassembly, adjustment, and flexibility are very flexible.It covers various cross-sections such as square, slot, arc, and widened heavy-duty types. The hollow rib structure combines lightweight with structural strength. Step 2: Custom Extrusion Design and Die Preparation Begin by designing the desired shape and dimensions of the aluminum extrusion profile using specialized software. Once the design is finalized, create a die, which is a tool that shapes the aluminum under pressure. The die should match the profile’s specifications and intricacies.
Step 3: Billet Heating Load an aluminum billet, a cylindrical piece of aluminum, into a furnace and heat it to the required temperature. Heating makes the aluminum malleable and ready for extrusion.

profile is rapidly cooled using water or air to maintain its structural integrity. Once cooled, the continuous extrusion is cut into desired lengths using a saw or other cutting tools.
Step 6: Straightening and Quality Check The extruded profiles may undergo a straightening process to correct any distortions caused during extrusion. Finally, conduct a quality check to ensure that the
