1. Raw material selection: Select compliant nickel alloy raw materials such as Inconel 625 and Hastelloy C276. Verify the material factory certificates and confirm that the contents of nickel, chromium, molybdenum, etc. meet the standards. Ensure that no inferior raw materials enter the production process.
2. Forming and forging: Cut the qualified raw materials according to specifications, and use forging techniques to process the forming. Create the basic contours of the flange ring and the flanged short section, ensuring a regular structure without obvious cracks, and enhancing the mechanical strength of the product.
3. Precision processing: Perform precision processing on the forged products, precisely processing key parts such as the sealing surface, bolt holes, and lap joints, strictly controlling the size accuracy in accordance with standards such as ASTM B564, to ensure smooth lap joint connection and meeting the sealing performance requirements.
4. Heat treatment: Conduct solid solution heat treatment after processing to eliminate internal stresses generated during forging and processing, refine the crystal structure, and further enhance the product's comprehensive performance in terms of high-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and creep resistance.
5. Quality inspection and delivery: Conduct non-destructive testing, size re-measurement, and material re-inspection, to identify internal defects and size deviations. After passing the inspection, perform surface rust removal and rust prevention treatment, check the order information, and package for delivery, attaching the quality inspection report.
