Product Description
A36 Introduction
ASTM A36 is the most commonly used mild and hot-rolled steel. It has excellent welding properties and is suitable for grinding,punching, tapping, drilling and machining processes. Yield strength of ASTM A36 is less than that of cold roll C1018, thus
enabling ASTM A36 to bend more readily than C1018. Normally, larger diameters in ASTM A36 are not produced since C1018 hot roll
rounds are used.

1. Raw material cutting and sizingSelect galvanized steel plates, stainless steel plates, and cold-rolled steel strips as raw materials. According to the specifications of the angle brackets, use CNC shearing machines and presses to cut standard sheet materials with uniform length, width and thickness. Remove burrs from the cutting edges and discard defective raw materials that are deformed or rusted to ensure the accuracy of the basic raw materials.2. Punching and bending formingSend the sheets into the punching molds, punch out installation screw holes and positioning holes at one time; then, through the bending equipment, bend out 90° right-angle main bodies to form L-shaped fixed structures. For special-shaped thickened angle brackets, additional punching strengthening ribs will be added to enhance the load-bearing strength. After processing, polish the sharp edges and corners at the bending points.3. Accessories processingAngle brackets with anti-slip and reinforcement functions will be processed simultaneously for anti-slip teeth and snap-in slots; additional long adjustment slots can be punched for adjustable models, and the accessories and screws, washers will be produced together to ensure perfect compatibility of the accessory size with the angle brackets.4. Surface anti-rust treatmentOrdinary cold-rolled angle brackets undergo hot-dip galvanizing or electro-galvanizing treatment; stainless steel angle brackets are treated with sandblasting and polishing; outdoor-specific models are sprayed with anti-corrosion coatings to prevent water vapor oxidation, suitable for humid and maritime storage environments, and extend the service life.5. Assembly and debuggingFor combined-type movable angle brackets, manually assemble and adjust the snap-in clips and tightening screws, repeatedly open and close to test the smoothness of adjustment; for integrated fixed angle brackets, only check the alignment of the holes to ensure that the screws can smoothly enter without sticking or misalignment.6. Full inspection and tensile test of finished productsSample conducting load-bearing tensile tests to verify the load-bearing standards; inspect for coating peeling, bending angle deviation, and hole position deviation, etc., reject defective products and reprocess them, and sort out qualified products.7. Packaging and shipmentQualified products are dusted and cleaned, sorted and packaged in bags according to specifications, equipped with installation screws, packed in cartons in batches, marked with specifications, reinforced the box, and then dispatched by logistics.
