1. Raw material preparation and cuttingSelect aluminum alloy rods, stainless steel wire or iron materials as the base materials. Cut them into standard blanks according to the product size, remove burrs and oxide layers, screen out unqualified materials, ensure uniform thickness and diameter of the raw materials, and lay a foundation for subsequent forming.

2. Pressing and forging formingPlace the prepared metal blanks into the pressing mold and use hydraulic equipment to forge out the main contours of the climbing buckle, forming the hook ring body as a whole; simultaneously press in the reserved spring slots and lock plate installation positions. After rough processing, polish the sharp protrusions on the edges to avoid accidental cuts.

3. Spring and lock door processingProcess the spring steel wire and buckle door plates separately, bend and shape the spring structure, calibrate the elasticity and tightness to ensure smooth opening and closing rebound; the automatic lock model additionally processes threaded lock扣 accessories to match the installation size of the ring body.

4. Surface anti-corrosion treatmentAluminum alloy products undergo anodizing and paint coloring； stainless steel models are polished and brushed； iron products are galvanized and spray-painted to prevent moisture and rust， while enhancing the appearance texture and meeting the requirements of outdoor and maritime corrosion resistance.

5. Assembly and fittingManually or with automated equipment， assemble and fix the spring， lock door， screws and buckle body， debug the opening and closing force， ensure that the lock door closes firmly and without loosening， and test the locking function of the automatic lock model to eliminate the risk of accidental disengagement.

6. Load-bearing testing and quality inspectionTake samples for tensile load testing， check the rated load parameters； comprehensively inspect surface scratches， lock plate jamming， coating detachment and other defects. Non-conforming products are reworked and remade.

7. Packaging and shipmentQualified products are wiped clean, packed in plastic bags or paper boxes according to order specifications， marked with load-bearing specifications， and after box reinforcement， arranged for maritime or air freight logistics to complete delivery.
