.Raw Material Melting and Ingot CastingWe adopt high-purity electrolytic copper with purity above 99.9%, melt it at high temperature in a smelting furnace, remove impurities and conduct deoxidation purification to prepare standard copper liquid such as T2 and TP2. After filtering out residues, continuous casting technology is applied to pour solid copper ingots. This ensures pure raw material texture and eliminates defects like air holes and impurities at the source.
.Hot Extrusion FormingCopper ingots are heated to a constant temperature for softening, then extruded under high pressure by a large extruder to preliminarily form seamless rough tube blanks. This procedure eliminates weld seams of tubes, guarantees structural integrity and pressure resistance, and serves as the core process for the tightness and high strength of seamless copper tubes.
.Cold Drawing FinishingMultiple passes of cold drawing are carried out on rough tube blanks to precisely control outer diameter and wall thickness, correct roundness and straightness of tubes, greatly improve tube density and surface finish, and meet strict precision dimensional tolerance standards.
.Annealing Softening TreatmentLow-temperature annealing is performed according to product application to eliminate internal processing stress and enhance ductility and bending performance of tubes. Hard straight tubes and soft coiled tubes are produced separately to fit various installation scenarios.
.Cleaning, Inspection and WarehousingFinished copper tubes are degreased, cleaned and dried to remove surface oil stains and contaminants. Afterwards, air pressure leak testing, dimensional inspection and visual appearance screening are implemented. Qualified products are sorted, packed and stored in warehouse to guarantee leak-free and high-quality delivery.
