This product is independently manufactured by NXF GROUP, with strict process control throughout the whole process to ensure product quality meets standards. The specific production process is as follows:

1. Raw Material Selection and PretreatmentHigh-quality solid stainless steel wires of SUS304 or SUS316 are selected, with strict inspection of material composition and wire diameter accuracy to eliminate unqualified raw materials. The wires are straightened and derusted to remove surface oxide layers and impurities, ensuring smooth subsequent processing and laying a foundation for the rust resistance of finished products.

2. Forming and WeldingThe pretreated wires are bent into standard O-rings through professional molds according to specification requirements, ensuring uniform inner diameter and wire diameter. A seamless full-welding process is adopted for the interface, with controlled welding temperature and time to ensure firm solder joints without cold welds, improving the overall tensile strength of the rings and avoiding deformation under heavy loads.

3. Polishing and FinishingAfter welding, the rings are subjected to mirror polishing, with burrs and weld protrusions on the surface gradually polished to make the whole smooth and round, preventing scratches on ropes, pet fur and human bodies. Meanwhile, the dimensions of the rings are secondarily checked to correct minor deviations and ensure the specifications meet customer requirements

Quality Inspection, Packaging and WarehousingFinished products must pass multiple quality inspection processes including rust resistance test, load-bearing test and appearance inspection before being put into storage. Wooden boxes are used for packaging and warehousing, with moisture-proof and anti-collision protection. Sufficient inventory ensures fast delivery, and customized packaging and laser marking services are supported according to customer needs.
