.Raw Material Cutting. Select qualified stainless‑steel or hot‑rolled carbon‑steel sheets, then cut sheets into blank workpieces by laser cutting machine according to the bracket drawing size, remove metal burrs on cutting edges.
.Stamping & Bending. Send flat metal blanks to hydraulic stamping press for flange hole punching, then complete multi‑angle bending to shape the F‑type wall‑mount structure.
.Welding Reinforcement. Weld the flange base and bent‑bracket body firmly; polish welding seams to eliminate sharp protrusions and welding slag.
.Surface Finishing. Carry out hot‑dip galvanizing, zinc‑plating or stainless‑steel wire‑brushing treatment to achieve anti‑corrosion performance.
.Precision Inspection. Check mounting‑hole position tolerance, overall dimension, load‑bearing capacity and surface anti‑rust quality one‑by‑one, discard defective workpieces.6.Deburr & Clean‑Up. Do fine grinding for all edges, wash away metal dust and oil stains on bracket surface.
.Custom Labeling. Stamp part number and material mark on flange face as customer requirements.
.Packing and Storage. Put qualified F‑Wall Flange Mounting Brackets into waterproof plastic bags, arrange inside wooden cases for warehouse storage and ocean shipment
