1.Raw Material Cutting:Cut 304 stainless steel sheets and tubes by laser cutting machine according to drawing dimensions. Brass rods for valves and plastic blanks for control panel are prepared synchronously.
2.Stamping, Bending & Forming:CNC stamping and bending process the stove casing, pot support, burner ring and heat dissipation shutter to form the overall outer structure.
3.Precision CNC Machining:Machine core components including electric preheating heating core, vaporized burner nozzle, pressure regulating valve body, oil switch and threaded connectors for tight assembly.
4.Electronic Component Assembly:Solder the digital display board, preheating circuit, power module and control buttons, then fix them into the plastic control panel shell.
5.Welding & Assembly:Conduct argon arc welding for stainless steel parts to ensure airtightness; assemble burner, oil pipeline, valve group, control panel and non-slip foot pads step by step.
6.Surface Polishing & Deburring:Grind and polish the stainless steel surface to remove welding burrs, scratches and sharp edges for smooth finish and anti-rust performance.
7.Strict Performance Testing:Test electric preheating function, fuel pipeline tightness, flame stability, fire regulation sensitivity and overload protection to eliminate oil leakage and hidden dangers.
8.Final Inspection & Packaging:Check appearance, dimension and full functions one by one, then pack with shockproof foam and cartons for export shipment.
