1.Raw material cutting: Cut 304 stainless steel plates and tubes into standard parts by laser cutting machine.
2.Stamping & bending:Form pot supports, base frame and outer ring through CNC stamping and bending process.
3.Precision CNC machining: Process burner nozzle, pressure regulating valve, thread connectors and fuel delivery fittings.
4.Welding assembly: Argon arc welding for seamless connection of each stainless steel component.
5.Polishing treatment: Grind and polish the surface to remove burrs for smooth metallic finish.
6.Testing & calibration: Test fuel vaporization effect, air tightness, flame stability and pressure adjustment performance.
7.Final inspection & packaging: Check appearance and function one last time, then pack for shipment.
