Stainless steel 304 introduction
Stainless steel is an alloy steel based on iron and chromium, supplemented with alloying elements such as nickel, molybdenum, and manganese. The core principle is that chromium in the steel combines with oxygen to form a dense, stable chromium oxide passivation film on the material surface, isolating it from air and moisture and preventing the steel from rusting and corroding.304 stainless steel is an austenitic stainless steel and is the most widely used general-purpose stainless steel material.

1.Raw Material Cutting:Cut carbon steel or stainless steel solid round bars into fixed-size blanks according to different thread specifications.
2.High-temperature Hot Forging:Heat the metal blanks to forging temperature, then press with professional dies to integrally forge the lifting eye ring and reinforced connecting base, ensuring high tensile strength and anti-fracture performance under heavy load.

3.Trimming & Deburring:Remove excess flash, sharp edges and irregular burrs from the forged workpiece to smooth the overall outline.
4.Thread Machining: Machine the straight rod part by turning and thread rolling to produce standard DIN metric external threads with precise tolerance.
5.Surface Finishing Treatment: Carbon steel eye bolts go through electro galvanizing or hot-dip galvanizing for rust prevention; stainless steel versions are polished to a bright mirror finish for corrosion resistance.
6.Quality Inspection & Packaging:Conduct dimensional measurement, load tensile test and appearance inspection, then pack qualified finished products into cartons for shipment.
