Stainless steel 304 introduction
Stainless steel is an alloy steel based on iron and chromium, supplemented with alloying elements such as nickel, molybdenum, and manganese. Worm Drive Hose Clamp Introduction
Worm drive hose clamps, also known as American-type hose clamps, are widely used pipe fastening hardware mainly made of 201 or 304 stainless steel, consisting of a perforated stainless steel band and a worm gear screw housing; rotating the Phillips or hex head screw drives the internal worm gear to pull the serrated strap for stepless adjustment of the inner diameter, which can firmly lock hoses, rubber tubes, plastic pipes and fuel pipelines within the specified diameter range to prevent liquid, gas and oil leakage. Featuring simple structure, easy installation, strong clamping force and excellent rust and corrosion resistance, these clamps are extensively applied in automobile water and oil circuits, household water pipes, industrial mechanical equipment,agricultural machinery, marine piping and HVAC systems for reliable sealing and connection.

1.Raw Material Slitting:Stainless steel large coils are cut into narrow steel bands with unified width as required.
2.Stamping Forming:Use punching machines to press elongated adjusting holes and gear tooth notches on the steel strip, then bend the strip into circular hoop shape in different diameter sizes.
3.Accessory Stamping & Machining:Stamp the worm gear housing and produce Phillips/hex head screws separately, then deburr all metal parts for smooth surface.
4.Manual Automatic Assembly:Install the worm screw assembly onto the slotted steel band to realize the adjustable locking structure.
