Stainless steel 304 introduction
Stainless steel is an alloy steel based on iron and chromium, supplemented with alloying elements such as nickel, molybdenum, and manganese. Stainless Steel Wire Product Processing
1.Raw Material Inspection:Check chemical composition and mechanical properties of stainless steel rod to ensure compliance with ASTM, JIS and EN standards.Unqualified materials will be rejected before production.
2.Multi-pass Wire Drawing:The steel rod goes through multiple drawing dies to reduce diameter gradually, achieving the target wire size and improving surface smoothness.
3.Bright Annealing:Carry out protective atmosphere bright annealing to eliminate internal stress generated during drawing, improve ductility and keep bright wire surface without oxidation.
4.Surface Treatment:Conduct pickling or polishing as required to remove oxide skin, oil stains and burrs, guarantee clean and uniform wire surface.
5.Decoiling:Uncoil the annealed wire coils for further processing according to customer requirements.

6. Fixed-length Cutting:Cut the wire into specified lengths accurately, support customized cutting sizes.
7.Finished Product Inspection:Test wire diameter, tensile strength, surface condition and straightness, screen out defective products.
8.Coil Packaging:Pack qualified finished wire into coils with anti-rust paper and waterproof film, mark specifications for storage and transportation.
