C12200 introduction
UNS numbers C10100 to C13000 represent commercially pure copper. The high electrical and thermal conductivity in addition to good corrosion resistance determine the use of pure copper. Alloying of copper interferes with the electrical conductivity of the metal which signifies the importance of its purity. Behavior of different grades of unalloyed copper varies in the amount of impurities present in the metal.
Copper Coil Tube Introduction
Copper coil tube, commonly made of C12200 phosphorus deoxidized copper as per ASTM B280, is a seamless soft annealed copper tube wound into coils. Featuring outstanding thermal conductivity, good ductility and corrosion resistance, it can be easily bent on site with fewer connecting fittings. It is widely used in HVAC, refrigeration, water supply and heat exchange systems for transporting refrigerants, water and other fluids, and ACR grade copper coils are normally degreased and nitrogen-sealed to meet high cleanliness requirements for refrigeration equipment.

1.Raw Material Melting & Continuous Casting：High-purity cathode copper is melted, phosphorus is added for deoxidization to produce C12200 (Cu-DHP) molten copper, then cast

4.Bright Annealing:Controlled-atmosphere annealing (nitrogen protection) softens the tube to restore ductility for bending and flaring.
5.Internal Degreasing & Nitrogen Purging:For ACR refrigeration-grade coils, residual drawing oil inside the tube is cleaned, then nitrogen is filled and sealed to avoid

6. Precision Winding & Cutting:Soft annealed tube is continuously wound into pancake coils and cut to standard coil lengths (15m, 30m, 50m etc.).
7.Quality Inspection & Finishing:Tests include eddy current inspection, hydrostatic pressure test, dimensional check and surface inspection; then end capping,labeling and packaging.
