Stainless‑steel 304 or 316 bars are incoming‑checked. Sampling chemical composition test is carried out. Raw materials that fail component standards will be rejected, which fundamentally controls corrosion resistance of finished goods. 2. Hot Forging
Qualified metal blanks are heated and forged under high pressure to form rough coupling bodies. Forging
optimizes internal metal structure, improves overall strength and prevents fracture caused by frequent connection and
disconnection.
3. CNC Precision Machining
Forged blanks are processed on CNC lathes. Working procedures include turning outer
contour, boring inner hole, threading and milling cam grooves. Threads (NPT / BSPP), flow bore and hinge holes are machined within tight tolerances for smooth interchangeable fitting.
4. Surface Treatment & Marking
Work‑pieces are shot‑blasted to remove burrs and oxide skin. Stainless‑steel parts go through passivation treatment to enhance rust resistance. Size, material grade and brand information are laser marked on each body.
5. Component Assembly
Main body, cam handles, pivot pins, circlips and sealing gaskets are assembled. Seals of NBR, EPDM or FKM are installed based on customer’s working‑medium requirements. Every moving part must keep flexible without jamming.
6. Finished‑product Testing
Multiple inspections are performed, including appearance check, dimension re‑measurement, handle flexibility test and hydraulic leak test. Unqualified products are eliminated.
7. Export Packing
Qualified camlock couplings are cleaned and packed with anti‑collision protection. Standard export packaging avoids damage during long‑distance transportation.
