Stainless steel 304 introduction
Stainless steel is an alloy steel based on iron and chromium, supplemented with alloying elements such as nickel, molybdenum, and manganese. The core principle is that chromium in the steel combines with oxygen to form a dense, stable chromium oxide passivation film on the material surface, isolating it from air and moisture and preventing the steel from rusting and corroding.304 stainless steel is an austenitic stainless steel and is the most widely used general-purpose stainless steel material.
D-ring Introduction
D-ring, also known as D ring, is a D-shaped metal fitting widely used for connection and fixing. Our welded D-rings are made of stainless steel UNS S30400 (ASTM 304 / JIS 304 / EN 1.4301), manufactured by wire bending and seamless welding, then polished for a smooth bright surface.This closed welded D ring has no removable pin, featuring solid structure, high tensile strength and good corrosion resistance. It can be customized in different sizes according to customer requirements.

D-ring Product Processing
1.Raw Material Preparation:We select qualified UNS S30400 (ASTM 304 / JIS 304 / EN 1.4301) stainless steel wire with specified diameter. Raw materials are inspected for chemical composition and mechanical properties before production.
2.Wire Bending & Forming:The steel wire is bent by professional forming machines into standard D shape according to customer size requirements. The forming process controls tolerance to keep uniform dimensions.
3.Butt Welding:The two ends of the formed D blank are aligned and welded tightly to form a closed welded D-ring. Welding parameters are controlled to avoid cracks or weak joints.
4.Grinding & Deburring:Weld joints and edges are carefully ground to remove burrs and welding scars, preventing scratches on webbing, fabric and hands.
5.Surface Polishing:Products go through polishing treatment to achieve smooth / mirror polished finish, improving corrosion resistance and appearance.
6.Inspection & Sorting:Finished D-rings are checked for welding quality, dimension tolerance, surface defects and tensile performance. Qualified goods are sorted and packed.
7.Packing & Delivery:Products are packed in standard export packaging to prevent scratch and rust during transportation.
