1.Raw Material Inspectionelect original Alloy 20 seamless pipes and steel plates. Strictly test chemical composition, mechanical properties and surface quality to ensure all raw materials fully meet ASTM and ASME standard requirements.
2.Precision Cutting & Blanking
According to customer size and wall thickness parameters, perform computer precision sizing and cutting. Remove burrs to ensure neat incision and consistent tube blank size.
3.Hot Forming/Hydraulic Bulging
Adopt integral hot pressing or hydraulic bulging technology. Through metal axial and radial compensation, the tube blank is integrally formed into concentric or eccentric reducer to ensure uniform wall thickness and smooth inner cavity.
4.Solution Heat Treatment
Perform professional solution annealing treatment to eliminate internal processing residual stress, stabilize alloy
microstructure, and maximize the original corrosion resistance and mechanical toughness of Alloy 20 material.
5.CNC Precision Machining & Beveling
Use CNC lathes for finish machining of product overall dimensions and welding bevels. The bevel angle and tolerance strictly comply with piping welding standards to ensure tight butt welding on site.
6.Surface Treatment
Conduct surface polishing, pickling and passivation treatment to remove oxide scales, welding traces and impurities. A dense protective passivation film is formed on the surface to improve finish and anti-corrosion performance.
7.Strict Finished Product Testing
Carry out full-item inspection, including dimensional tolerance detection, appearance inspection, hardness test and NDT
non-destructive testing. Unqualified products are reworked or scrapped; only qualified products enter the packaging process.
8.Standard Packaging & Delivery
Adopt professional anti-collision and moisture-proof packaging. Mark product specifications, execution standards, batch numbers and other information clearly to ensure intact and standardized delivery.
