Carbon Steel A105 introduction
ASTM A105 (UNS K03504) is carbon steel for piping forgings. It works within temperature from -29℃ to 425℃ with excellent forgeability and weldability. Commonly manufactured into Threadolet, Sockolet, hex bushing and other socket & threaded fittings.Normalized A105N is available. Widely used in steam, oil and natural gas pipeline projects, complying with ASME B16.11,MSS SP-97standards.
Sleeve Anchor Introduction
Sleeve anchor (also known as dynabolt / sleeve expansion anchor) is a mechanical expansion fastener for concrete, brick and masonry base materials.It consists of bolt, expansion sleeve, flat washer and hex nut. When tightening the hex nut, it pulls the bolt and forces the slotted sleeve to expand outward, tightly wedging inside the drilled hole to achieve strong fixing performance.Our sleeve anchors are made of carbon steel with yellow zinc plated surface, offering good anti‑rust performance. Widely used for fixing brackets, equipment, railings, air‑condition supports, steel structures in construction projects.

1. Raw Material Cutting:
Carbon steel bars are cut into required length for bolts and sleeves according to different
sizes(M6‑M20).
2. Stamping & Piercing:
