Carbon Steel A105 introduction
ASTM A105 (UNS K03504) is carbon steel for piping forgings. It works within temperature from -29℃ to 425℃ with excellentforgeability and weldability. Commonly manufactured into Threadolet, Sockolet, hex bushing and other socket & threaded fittings.Normalized A105N is available. Widely used in steam, oil and natural gas pipeline projects, complying with ASME B16.11,MSS SP-97standards.
F-Wall Flange Introduction
F‑Wall Flange is a front‑mounted wall flange fitting, designed for pipe/tube installation passing through walls, panels or
equipment housings. It provides mounting holes for bolt‑on fixing onto wall surface, with central bore for round tubes. Set‑screws are normally equipped to clamp and lock inserted pipes without welding.
Mainly manufactured by malleable cast iron / carbon steel with hot‑dip galvanized finish for anti‑corrosion. Widely used for safety guardrail frames, machine protection barriers, pipe wall‑penetration installations.

F-Wall Flange Product Processing
1.Raw Material Melting & Casting:
Adopt malleable iron / carbon steel raw material. The molten metal is poured into precision casting molds to form rough F‑Wall flange blanks. Casting determines the basic shape, central tube bore and mounting lugs structure.
2.Annealing Treatment:
Cast blanks go through high‑temperature annealing process to improve toughness, eliminate internal casting stress, avoid cracking.This is a key procedure for malleable iron fittings.
3.Deburring & Shot Blasting:
Remove casting burrs, flash and surface scale by shot blasting. Obtain clean uniform metal surface for subsequent surface treatment.
4.Machining:
Precision machine the inner bore for pipe fitting, process set‑screw threaded holes, finish mounting holes on lugs to meet
assembly tolerance. Ensure pipes can be inserted smoothly and set screws fit perfectly.
5.Surface Treatment — Hot‑dip Galvanizing:
Immerse finished machined parts into molten zinc liquid for hot‑dip galvanizing. Form zinc coating for rust‑proof and
anti‑corrosion performance, suitable for indoor and outdoor service. Stainless‑steel version will do pickling & passivation
instead.
6.Quality Inspection:
Check dimension tolerance, galvanized coating thickness, thread quality, surface defect inspection. Reject defective products.
7.Packing & Storage:
Qualified goods are packed in cartons & pallets, ready for shipment.
