1.Raw Material Inspection & Blanking: Adopt high-quality carbon steel, alloy steel and stainless steel wire rods that conform to DIN, ISO and ASTM international standards. Strictly inspect chemical composition, mechanical properties, surface finish and internal metallographic structure to exclude cracks, oxide scales, inclusions and other defects. Qualified raw materials are precisely cut into fixed-length blanks according to screw specifications to prepare for subsequent cold forming production.
2.Surface Pretreatment & Cold Heading Forming:
Complete professional surface pretreatment including degreasing, pickling and phosphating to enhance surface lubricity and forming stability. Adopt multi-station cold heading technology to realize one-time integral forming of pan head, inner hexagonal socket, rod body and integrated washer structure. Cold forming ensures continuous metal fiber flow, compact internal grain and high dimensional accuracy, improving overall structural strength and assembly consistency.
3.Trimming, Shaping & Heat Treatment:
Remove tiny burrs and forming flashes on the pan head, hexagonal hole and washer surface. Conduct fine shaping and flatness calibration to ensure smooth head surface, standard hex socket size and uniform washer plane. Perform standardized quenching and tempering for high-strength grades and stress relief annealing for stainless steel materials, eliminating cold forming residual stress and stabilizing hardness, toughness and anti-fatigue performance.
4.Precision Thread Rolling:
Adopt high-precision thread rolling process to form standard full-section threads. Strictly control thread pitch, tooth profile and tolerance grade in accordance with industrial standards. The rolling forming delivers smooth thread surface, dense tooth structure and accurate meshing performance, ensuring uniform stress bearing, stable locking effect and excellent anti-loosening capability under long-term vibration working conditions.
5.Surface Treatment & Quality Testing:
Carry out customized surface treatments such as electro-galvanizing, blackening, nickel plating and passivation to improve anti-rust, anti-corrosion and wear-resistant performance. Implement full-range quality inspection including dimensional tolerance detection, hex socket precision test, hardness testing, tensile strength detection and nondestructive flaw inspection to ensure all indicators meet precision fastener manufacturing standards.
6.Marking, Packaging & Warehousing:
Mark qualified hex socket pan screws with washer with strength grade, specification, execution standard and production batch. Complete automatic sorting and counting, and adopt dust-proof, moisture-proof and anti-collision standardized packaging. All finished products are classified and stored in warehouses and delivered after strict final inspection.
