Hexagonal Nut is the most widely used standard fastening accessory in industrial connection systems, matched with bolts, studs and threaded rods to achieve mechanical locking and fixed assembly. 1.Raw Material Inspection & Blanking:

Remove forming burrs, flashes and edge residues on hexagonal surfaces and end faces.Conduct precise shaping and flatness calibration to ensure regular hexagonal geometry and smooth bearing surface. Implement standardized heat treatment including quenching and tempering for high-strength nuts and stress relief annealing for stainless steel products, eliminating forming residual stress and stabilizing hardness, toughness and fatigue resistance.
4.Precision Thread Tapping:
Adopt high-precision tapping process to machine standard internal threads. Strictly control thread pitch, tooth profile and
tolerance grade in accordance with international standards. The precision thread processing ensures smooth meshing, uniform stress bearing and flexible screwing performance, providing reliable locking and fastening effects with matching bolts and threaded rods.
5.Surface Treatment & Quality Testing:
Carry out customized surface treatments such as electro-galvanizing, hot-dip galvanizing, blackening and passivation to achieve anti-rust, anti-corrosion and wear-resistant effects. Conduct full-range quality inspection including dimensional tolerance detection, thread precision test, hardness testing, torque performance test and nondestructive flaw detection to fully meet industrial fastening standards and safety requirements.
6.Marking, Packaging & Warehousing:
Mark qualified hexagonal nuts with strength grade, specification, execution standard and production batch. Complete automatic sorting, counting and standardized dust-proof, moisture-proof and anti-collision packaging. All finished products are classified and stored in warehouses and delivered after strict final inspection.
Adopt high-quality carbon steel, alloy steel and stainless steel wire rods and strip materials that comply with DIN, ISO and ASTM industrial standards. Strictly inspect chemical composition, mechanical properties,surface condition and internal metallographic structure to eliminate cracks, inclusions and oxide defects.
