Alloy 718 Introduction
Alloy 718/2.4668 is a nickel-chromium-iron alloy with niobium and molybdenum and low contained aluminum and tnum. Excellent mechanical properties in lower temperatures. Excellent corrosion resistance at high and low temperatures Inconel 718 is a nickel based super alloy that is well suited for applications requiring high strength in temperature ranges from cryogenic up to 1400°F. Inconel 718 also exhibits excellent tensile and impact strength.
Threaded One/Both End Pipe Nipple Introduction
A pipe nipple is a short length of pipe with external threads, used to connect other pipes or fittings. TBE and TOE describe the threading configurations at the ends of these fittings.
TBE (Threaded Both Ends) Definition: A TBE nipple features external threads on both ends.
Application: Used to directly connect two internally threaded fittings, valves, or pipe sections.
Versatility: This is the standard and most common type of nipple in general and industrial piping systems.
TOE (Threaded One End) Definition: A TOE nipple has external threads on only one end, while the other end is plain, beveled, or unthreaded.
Application: The unthreaded end is typically welded to a main pipeline or vessel, while the threaded end is used to connect threaded equipment or instrumentation.

1.Raw Material Cutting & Initial Inspection:
Cut steel pipe or solid bar to specified nipple length. Inspect outer diameter, wall thickness and surface condition to removedefective raw materials.

2.End Facing & Squaring:
Machine both ends to flat and smooth finish, ensure vertical end face and consistent length tolerance, prepare for threading processing.

3.Thread Machining (TOE/TBE Customized):
Precision thread turning according to standard NPT/BSP thread. Process single-end thread for TOE/TOD and double-end thread for TBE ensure complete thread profile and accurate pitch.
4.Deburring & Chamfering:
Remove thread burrs, sharp edges and metal scraps. Make uniform end chamfer to facilitate installation and prevent thread damage.
5.Surface Treatment & Cleaning:
Clean oil stains and metal chips on the surface. Conduct hot-dip galvanizing, electro-galvanizing or blackening treatment as required for anti-corrosion performance.
6.Final Dimensional Inspection & Packaging:
Inspect overall length, thread size, OD tolerance and surface quality. Sort qualified products and pack with standard export
packaging to avoid transportation damage.
