2. Hot Forging & Structural Forming:The pre-cut 718 blanks are heated to professional forging temperature and integrally forged by dedicated equipment. This process refines the internal metal grain structure, removes internal pores and impurities, and greatly improves the product’s density, toughness and structural stability, effectively preventing cracking and deformation under high-pressure working conditions.
3. Professional Heat Treatment:
Post-forging blanks undergo standardized quenching and tempering heat treatment. The process thoroughly eliminates internal forging stress, homogenizes material hardness, and upgrades the product’s tensile strength, pressure resistance and fatigue resistance. It enables the 718 bushing to adapt to harsh high-temperature and high-load industrial working environments.
4. CNC Precision Machining & Threading:
Advanced CNC lathes are used for precision processing of outer diameter, inner hole and hexagonal head to ensure accurate dimensions, flat hexagonal surfaces and qualified tolerance range. Standard internal and external threads are finely turned and rolled with calibrated pitch and tooth profile, ensuring burr-free thread surfaces and smooth, tight assembly with matching fittings.
5. Finishing & Strict Quality Inspection:
All residual burrs, sharp edges and processing scraps are completely removed, and the product surface is polished for a smooth finish. Each finished product undergoes full inspection including dimensional accuracy, thread precision, hardness test, surface defect detection and pressure resistance sampling, with all unqualified products strictly rejected.
6. Surface Protection & Standard Packaging:
Qualified 718 threaded hex head bushings are coated with anti-rust oil for oxidation and corrosion resistance during transportation and storage. Products are packaged with shockproof and dust-proof professional materials to avoid damage, ensuring complete and intact delivery to customers worldwide.
