1.Raw Material Inspection & Blanking: Adopt high-quality carbon steel, alloy steel and stainless steel rod materials that comply with DIN, ISO and ASTM international fastener standards. Strictly inspect chemical composition, mechanical tensile properties, surface finish and internal metallographic structure to eliminate raw materials with cracks, inclusions and oxide defects. Qualified steel rods are precisely cut into fixed-length blanks according to T-head bolt specifications, ensuring uniform material performance and dimensional accuracy for subsequent forming procedures.
2.Surface Pretreatment & Cold Heading Forming:
Complete standardized surface pretreatment including degreasing, decontamination and lubrication to remove surface oil stains and oxide layers, improving forming fluency and surface quality.Adopt professional multi-station cold heading technology to realize one-piece integral forming of T-head structure, transition fillet and bolt rod. The integral molding ensures compact internal metal structure, stable overall strength and accurate T-head size, perfectly adapting to industrial profile groove assembly requirements.
3.Trimming, Shaping & Thread Rolling:
Thoroughly remove burrs, flashes and sharp edges on the T-head surface, side edges and bolt rod. Conduct precise shaping and calibration to standardize T-head flatness, verticality and overall geometric tolerance, ensuring smooth sliding and accurate fitting in profile grooves. Adopt high-precision thread rolling process to form standard threads with complete tooth profile and uniform pitch, delivering tight meshing, smooth assembly and stable locking performance.
4.Heat Treatment & Stress Relief:
Implement targeted quenching and tempering heat treatment for carbon steel and alloy steel T-head bolts, and stress relief annealing for stainless steel models. This process effectively eliminates residual stress generated during cold heading and forming, stabilizes product hardness and mechanical toughness, and greatly improves tensile resistance, shear resistance and fatigue resistance. It prevents deformation, loosening and fracture during long-term clamping and vibration working conditions.
5.Surface Treatment & Full-Range Quality Inspection:
Provide customized surface treatments including electro-galvanizing, hot-dip galvanizing, blackening and passivation to enhance anti-rust, anti-corrosion and wear-resistant performance. Carry out comprehensive quality inspection covering T-head dimensional tolerance test, flatness detection, thread precision calibration, hardness test, tensile strength detection and assembly fitting test, ensuring all technical indicators meet industrial fastening standards and engineering application requirements.
6.Marking, Packaging & Warehousing:
Mark qualified threaded T-head bolts with specification, material grade, execution standard and production batch information. Complete automatic sorting and counting, and adopt dust-proof, moisture-proof and anti-collision standardized packaging to protect the T-head fitting surface and thread teeth from damage. All finished products are classified and stored in standardized warehouses and delivered after strict final inspection.
