Strictly check strip thickness uniformity, surface condition, tensile property and metallographic structure to screen out cracks, rust and inclusion defects. Eligible steel strips are blanked into precise flat blanks according to clamp size specifications, laying a stable material foundation for subsequent stamping forming.

Process qualified blanks by precision stamping equipment. Complete looping, bending and spring tab integrated forming to obtain primary hose clamp bodies.
