C276 Introduction Super alloys or high performance alloys are available in a variety of shapes and contain elements in different combinations to obtain a specific result. These alloys are of three types that include iron-based, cobalt-based and nickel-based alloys. The nickel-based and cobalt-based super alloys are available as cast or wrought based alloys according to composition and application.Super alloys have good oxidation and creep resistance and can be strengthened by precipitation hardening,solid-solution hardening and work hardening methods. They can also function under high mechanical stress and high temperatures and also in places that require high surface stability. HASTELLOY(r) C276 is a wrought corrosion-resistant alloy that resists the development of grain boundary precipitates that degrade corrosion resistance. Butt Welding Latrolet is a high-strength forged reinforced branch fitting with a 45° oblique outlet, specially developed for
angled branch tapping in industrial piping systems. Unlike standard vertical branch olets, it features an inclined branch
structure and adopts butt welding connection at the branch end, enabling seamless integral welding with matching branch pipes for higher structural stability, tighter sealing and longer service life. Featuring an integrally forged saddle base and thickened reinforced body, it effectively strengthens the oblique branching position, eliminates local stress concentration, and delivers reliable performance under high-temperature, high-pressure and corrosive harsh working conditions. Manufactured from premium carbon steel, stainless steel and alloy steel in compliance with ASTM A182 standards, it is widely used in petroleum, natural gas, chemical, power, nuclear energy and aerospace industries for permanent and safe angled branch connections of process pipelines and pressure vessels.

1.Raw Material Inspection & Blanking:
2.Heating & Closed Die Forging:
Heat the blanks to the specified forging temperature with precise parameter control. Adopt integral closed-die forging to form the saddle base, reinforced main body and standard 45° oblique branch structure. The forged workpiece owns dense internal grain,uniform wall thickness and stable integral reinforcement performance, adapting to high-pressure oblique branch working conditions.
3.Trimming, Straightening & Heat Treatment:
Remove forging flashes and redundant materials, and correct minor forming deformation to ensure overall dimensional accuracy.Conduct targeted heat treatment including stress relief annealing for carbon steel and solution treatment for stainless steel,eliminating forging residual stress and improving structural stability and corrosion resistance.
4.Precision Welding End Machining:
Precisely machine the saddle surface to perfectly fit the outer curvature of the main pipe.Finish the 45° oblique branch end, and process standard butt welding bevels with accurate dimensional tolerance to meet industrial butt welding assembly and seamless welding requirements.
5.Surface Finishing & Quality Testing:
Polish and clean internal and external burrs, oxide scales and surface stains. Carry out full dimensional inspection of oblique angle, wall thickness and overall size, together with visual inspection and nondestructive testing to ensure zero defects and full compliance with piping industry standards.
6.Marking, Anti-rust Treatment & Warehousing:
Mark qualified products with material grade, specifications, execution standard and heat number. Complete professional anti-rust protection and standardized packaging before classified warehousing and delivery.
Select high-quality carbon steel, stainless steel and alloy steel bars complying with ASTM A182 standards. Strictly inspect chemical composition, mechanical properties and surface condition to rule out cracks,inclusions and other defects. Qualified raw materials are precisely cut into fixed-length blanks for standardized forging production.
