Alloy 718 Plate Produce Processing
1. Raw Material Melting
We select qualified Alloy 718 ingots through vacuum melting. Strict chemical composition inspection is carried out to guarantee nickel, chromium, niobium and other element content meets standard requirements.
2. Preheating and Forging
The ingots are preheated at a stable temperature and precisely forged to homogenize the internal grain structure, eliminate casting defects, and improve material compactness and overall uniformity.
3. Precision Hot Rolling
Preheated billets are processed by multi-pass hot rolling to achieve the target plate thickness. The rolling temperature and deformation rate are strictly controlled to ensure stable mechanical performance and flat plate shape.
4. Solution and Aging Heat TreatmentS
tandard solution annealing and aging treatment are performed. This core process greatly improves tensile strength, yield strength, hardness and high-temperature corrosion resistance of Alloy 718 plates.
5. Surface Finishing and Processing
The plates undergo flattening, edge trimming, grinding and pickling to remove oxide scales and surface defects. Custom surface finishes and sizes are available according to customer demands.
6. Strict Inspection and Delivery
All products pass strict tests including ultrasonic testing, mechanical property testing and full dimension inspection. Qualified plates are professionally packaged and delivered with complete factory test certificates.
