HASTELLOY(r) C276 is a wrought corrosion-resistant alloy that resists the development of grain boundary precipitates that degrade corrosion resistance.

Socket weld tee is a branch fitting for piping systems with socket weld connection. It features a threeway structure of run pipe and branch pipe, used for fluid splitting, combining and flow direction conversion.

The fitting is integrally forged with highprecision machined socket inner surface. During assembly, the pipe is inserted into the socket and fixed by welding, delivering excellent sealing performance and structural stability.

It has high pressure resistance and compact size, easy for installation in limited pipe rack space. Weld joints are less prone to misalignment after welding.

Matching with socket weld piping systems, it supports stable longterm service under hightemperature and highpressure working conditions, with good creep and corrosion resistance.

1. Raw material inspection: Verify the certification, chemical composition and mechanical property of nickel alloy billets.

2. Cutting: Cut billets into required blank size.

3. Heating & hot forging: Heat blanks to specified temperature, then die-forge into tee rough shape.

4. Heat treatment: Carry out solution treatment / stress relief to obtain stable mechanical performance and corrosion resistance.

5. CNC precision machining: Machine socket inner hole, end face and outer contour strictly in accordance with ASME B16.11.

6. Surface treatment: Remove oxide scale and clean surface.

7. Inspection & testing: Dimensional inspection, visual inspection, PMI, hardness test and NDT as required.

8. Marking: Stamp heat number, size, standard and material mark.
