Socket welding cross is a special pipe fitting for fourway pipeline connection to realize flow diversion and confluence in piping systems, with socket welding connection and made of nickel alloy. It is available in various port configurations, and the corresponding port combinations can be selected according to pipeline design requirements to flexibly adapt to different pipeline branch layouts.

During installation, the matched pipes are inserted into the sockets of each port of the cross one by one, and welded after alignment and positioning. The socket structure provides positioning limit, which makes centering easy. The welding zone avoids the main stress area of the fitting body, so the weld works under favorable stress conditions with high connection strength and reliable sealing. It has a compact structure and is suitable for working conditions with limited installation space.

6. Visual Inspection

Visual inspection to check for visible defects such as surface cracks, pits, scratches and folds.

7. Non-destructive Testing

Carry out flaw detection on the workpiece according to specifications to inspect internal and near-surface defects.

8. Dimension Re-inspection

Recheck key parameters including nominal size, socket depth, wall thickness and outline dimensions.

9. Surface Cleaning

Surface cleaning to remove contaminants such as oil, oxide scale and machining chips.

10. Marking

Stamp traceability information including specification, pressure class and heat number on the fitting body.

11. Protective Packaging & Warehousing

Pack with protective materials and store in warehouse for delivery.
