1.Raw Material Inspection and Cutting

Verify material certificates of nickel alloy plates and perform physical and chemical retests. Qualified plates are cut to size, edge burrs cleaned and heat number marked.

2.Blank Levelling

Cut blanks are levelled to eliminate warping deformation caused by cutting and ensure flatness for subsequent machining.

3.Rough Machining

Rough turning of outer diameter, sealing face and bore on CNC lathe with finish machining allowance reserved.

4.NonDestructive Testing

Penetrant testing is carried out after rough machining to detect surface defects such as cracks and inclusions.

5.Finish Machining

Precision turning of sealing face, bore and outer circle, bolt hole drilling. Strict control on tolerances of bolt circle, thickness and flatness of sealing face.

6.Dimension and Sealing Face Inspection

Full dimensional inspection, roughness and flatness test of sealing face against standard and pressure class.

7.Marking and Stamping

Traceability information including size, pressure class, heat number, material and standard is stamped on the outer periphery.

8.Surface Treatment

Sand blasting for scale removal, protective coating applied as per order requirement.

9.Final Inspection, Packing and Storage

Final acceptance inspection. Qualified products are packed properly and put into warehouse.
