The threaded flush bushing is a high-precision, heavy-duty industrial pipe fitting designed for reliable pipeline connection and size adaptation.
It adopts a compact headless cylindrical structure with no wrench flats, and is precisely machined with full continuous external threads and full continuous internal threads across the entire body. There are no smooth surfaces, and the thread profiles are sharp, complete and highly defined to guarantee firm engagement and stable sealing.
With a flush and slim profile, this fitting is ideal for installation in narrow, confined spaces. It is widely applied in industrial piping systems, fluid transmission lines and mechanical equipment, delivering durable, leak-proof performance in demanding working environments.

Machinability
Stainless steel grade UNS S20910 XM-19 has machinability characteristics that are similar to other austenitic stainless
steels;however it requires slower speeds, more power, and higher rigidity due to its high work hardening rate. It is recommended that coated carbide tooling be used.
Forming
Stainless steel grade UNS S20910 XM-19 can be formed using the same methods applied for other austenitic stainless steels. More power for forming and forging is needed for this alloy. Forging can be done at 1177-1204°C (2150-2200°F).
Welding
Welding of stainless steel grade UNS S20910 XM-19 can be performed using traditional joining processes. Recommended filler metal should be UNS S20910 XM-19 (AWS E/ER209).
Caution should be taken while using autogenous, high power density joining processes such as EB or laser welding, due to low FN potential and severe outgassing possibility.
Heat Treatment
Final annealing process performed for several of the applications, is done at 1065°C (1950°F), which is followed by water
quenching. In case this material is used in a strongly corrosive environment, annealing should be done at 1121°C (2050°F). This alloy cannot be hardened by heat treatment.

3. CNC Machining Use high-precision CNC lathes to process the outer diameter, inner bore and end faces, strictly controlling the tolerance and flatness of the product.
4. Full Thread TappingMachine full continuous external threads on the outer wall and full continuous internal threads on the inner bore. All threads are formed at one time, with sharp tooth profile, no burrs and no smooth surface.
5. Deburring & Surface FinishingRemove all sharp edges, burrs and impurities inside and outside the product to ensure a smooth and clean surface without scratches.
6. Dimensional Inspection Conduct full inspection of thread size, outer diameter, inner diameter and length to ensure all products meet the standard specifications.
7. Cleaning & Packaging Clean the finished products thoroughly, and pack them quantitatively to avoid damage during transportation and storage.
