1. Alloying and melting: Mix the raw materials according to the copper strip material (copper, brass, alloy copper), melt them at high temperature in an induction furnace, refine and deoxidize to remove impurities and gases, and ensure the composition meets the standards.
2. Casting and blanking: The copper liquid is continuously cast into thick flat ingots through a water-cooled crystallizer. The alloy copper billet undergoes uniform annealing to eliminate internal structural defects.
3. Hot rolling blanking: After heating the ingot, it undergoes multiple passes of hot rolling to significantly reduce the thickness to 3–10mm of the strip. The coarse grains are eliminated to improve the material's density and plasticity.
4. Acid washing and milling: The hot-rolled strip is acid-washed to remove the oxide layer, and then double-sided milled to eliminate surface cracks and inclusions, ensuring the surface quality of subsequent rolling.
5. Cold rolling forming: Through multiple passes of cold rolling (coarse rolling, intermediate rolling, and fine rolling), the strip is gradually rolled to the target thickness. Intermediate annealing is interspersed during the process to eliminate work hardening.
6. Finished product annealing: According to the requirements of soft state, hard state, or semi-hard state, it undergoes bright annealing in a protective atmosphere to control grain size and mechanical properties, ensuring a bright surface without oxidation.
7. Precision straightening and finishing: Through bending and straightening, the plate shape defects are eliminated, making the strip flat, without waves, and without stress, meeting the requirements for high precision usage.
8. Cutting and inspection: Cut along the specification, clean the surface, and then conduct size, performance, and surface quality inspections. After passing the inspection, the product is packaged and stored.
