1. Cutting and forging: Select qualified stainless steel materials and cut the steel billets according to the drawing dimensions. After high-temperature heating, shape them through forging to create the four-way valve body and the steel neck billet, eliminating internal porosity of the material and enhancing the overall strength of the valve body, completing the rough casting process.
2. Precision machining: Place the forgings on a CNC lathe, perform turning and drilling on the four interfaces and the steel neck area, process standard threads and internal valve cavities; strictly control the hole diameter and thread accuracy, clean the internal metal debris, and conduct size inspection.
3. Surface treatment: Sandblast the valve body to remove burrs, then perform polishing, galvanizing or passivation treatment to reduce the probability of rusting of the steel; clean the internal oil stains of the valve body to ensure the cavity is clean, preparing it for assembly.
4. Component assembly: Insert the valve seat, sealing gasket, valve core, and valve stem, install the switch handle; control the tightness of the parts, place the sealing components in the right position to prevent water leakage problems in the future.
5. Pressure testing and finished product storage: Conduct water pressure and air pressure tests, maintain pressure at the rated level for a certain period of time, check for leakage; after passing the appearance inspection, affix labels, sort and pack for storage.
