1. Raw material melting: Put the aluminum ingots and alloy elements such as magnesium, silicon, and manganese into the melting furnace, heat it to above 700°C to melt them, remove impurities and slag, ensure uniform composition, and meet the requirements of the corresponding grade.
2. Casting into billets: After purification, the aluminum liquid enters the casting machine and is cast into aluminum cast rolling coils or ingots through semi-continuous casting. It is rapidly cooled to crystallize, ensuring a dense internal structure without gas pores or cracks.
3. Hot rolling opening: The ingot is sent to the hot rolling machine for high-temperature rolling, gradually thinning and extending to eliminate internal stress, enhancing the strength and density of the sheet, and forming a hot-rolled blank plate.
4. Cold rolling finishing: The hot-rolled sheet is rolled at room temperature by the cold rolling machine, precisely controlling the thickness, making the sheet surface smooth and the dimensions precise, enabling the production of different thicknesses of cold-rolled aluminum sheets.
5. Intermediate annealing: According to the hardness requirements, perform annealing treatment, heat and hold for a while, then slowly cool down to eliminate work hardening, adjust the hardness state, and meet the processing requirements such as bending and stamping.
6. Surface treatment: Clean, oil remove, and dry the surface of the plate. According to the requirements, perform oxidation, sandblasting, polishing, coating, etc. to enhance corrosion resistance and appearance.
7. Cutting and leveling: Cut into the specified size through cross-cutting and longitudinal shearing equipment, then level it through the bending and straightening machine to ensure the plate surface is straight, without warping or waves.
8. Inspection and packaging: Test the thickness, flatness, hardness, surface quality, and mechanical properties. After passing the inspection, cover with film, pack, and store.
