1. Raw material pre-treatment: Select special steel wires such as carbon steel and stainless steel. Through drawing and annealing processes, adjust the diameter and hardness of the wire to eliminate internal stress of the material, enhance plasticity, and prevent cracking during subsequent forming, laying a foundation for precise processing.
2. Cold heading forming: Send the pre-treated wire to the cold heading equipment for one-time extrusion to form the flat circular head and the shaft of the screw, and punch out precise internal hexagon holes to ensure a smooth head appearance and regular hole positions, making it suitable for standard hexagonal wrenches.
3. Thread rolling: Use a precision thread rolling machine to roll the threads. Different from cutting processing, it can retain the integrity of metal fibers, making the thread pattern uniform and the fit tight, significantly improving the fatigue resistance, anti-loosening and anti-vibration performance of the screws.
4. Heat treatment reinforcement: High-strength screws need to undergo quenching and tempering processes. Precisely control the temperature to effectively enhance the hardness and structural strength of the product, stabilize mechanical properties, and be suitable for various heavy-load and vibration conditions.
5. Surface treatment: According to the material and requirements, perform galvanizing, blackening, passivation and other treatments to remove processing burrs and stains, enhance rust resistance and wear resistance, and improve the durability and appearance quality of the product.
