The production of galvanized carbon steel mounting bracket elbows adopts standardized stamping and surface treatment procedures to ensure stable structure, accurate size and reliable anti-corrosion performance. The whole manufacturing process is strictly controlled as follows.
1. Raw material preparation and cuttingHigh-quality carbon steel plates are selected as raw materials. According to product specifications, the steel plates are precisely cut into fixed-size blanks. Workers remove burrs and defective materials to ensure flat and tidy surfaces for the next forming process.
2. Precision mold stamping and bendingThe qualified steel blanks are sent to stamping equipment. With integral die bending technology, the materials are formed into standard L-shaped elbow structures. The bending transition is smooth without dead corners or stress cracks, ensuring uniform wall thickness and stable bearing performance.3. Punching and hole finishingStandard mounting holes are punched according to installation requirements. All holes are finely trimmed to keep smooth inner walls and consistent aperture, which guarantees perfect matching with threaded rods, bolts and gaskets during on-site assembly.
4. Surface pretreatmentSanding and degreasing treatment are carried out to remove surface oil, rust and oxide layers. This step improves the adhesion of the zinc layer and avoids peeling and uneven coating in the galvanizing process.
5. Galvanizing anti-corrosion treatmentProducts adopt electro-galvanizing or hot-dip galvanizing process. A dense and uniform zinc protective layer is formed on the steel surface to isolate air and moisture, effectively preventing rust and improving durability in humid and outdoor environments.
6. Inspection and packagingFinished elbows are inspected for size tolerance, bending angle, coating quality and load performance. Unqualified products are eliminated. Qualified goods are cleaned, labeled and packed tightly for delivery to prevent scratches and deformation during transportation.
