1. Raw Material Selection and PretreatmentHigh-quality SUS304 or SUS316 stainless steel solid wires are selected, with strict inspection of material composition and wire diameter accuracy to eliminate unqualified raw materials. The wires are straightened, derusted and cleaned to remove surface oxide layers and impurities, ensuring smooth subsequent processing and laying a solid foundation for the product’s rust resistance and durability.

2. Forming and WeldingThe pretreated wires are bent into standard D-shaped rings through professional molds, ensuring uniform inner diameter and wire diameter. Advanced seamless full-welding technology is adopted for the interface, with precise control of welding temperature and time to ensure firm solder joints without cold welds or cracks, enhancing the overall tensile strength and load-bearing capacity of the D-ring.

3. Polishing and FinishingAfter welding, the D-ring is subjected to multi-stage mirror polishing to remove burrs, weld protrusions and surface defects, making the surface smooth and round. This process prevents scratches on ropes, straps, pet fur and human skin, while improving the product’s appearance and corrosion resistance.

4. Quality Inspection and PackagingFinished products undergo strict quality inspections, including appearance check, size verification, rust resistance test and load-bearing test.
