Stainless steel 304 introduction

1.Raw Material Inspection:Adopt qualified stainless steel coil/strip (304/316) or carbon steel plate as raw material.
Check material thickness, hardness, surface finish and chemical composition to meet ASTM and DIN standards.
Remove rust, oil and dirt on the surface.

2: Stamping Punching (Core Process):Feed the steel strip into high-speed automatic stamping press.Use customized precision mold to punch the inner hole and outer circle in one stroke.One continuous stamping forms the annular flat washer blank with unified thickness and flatness.
3: Deburring & Edge Trimming:Vibratory grinding or centrifugal polishing to eliminate sharp burrs on inner bore and outer edge caused by punching.Ensure smooth circular edges without scratching hands or workpieces during installation.
4: Surface Treatment:For 304 Stainless Steel Washers.Passivation treatment: Enhance anti-rust and anti-corrosion performance, brighten the surface.Ultrasonic cleaning + hot air drying to remove grinding residue.
5: Size Inspection & Sorting:Manual sampling and automatic optical inspection (AOI) check inner diameter, outer diameter, thickness, flatness and concentricity.Sort unqualified deformed, cracked or oversized washers out.Classify finished products by metric (mm) and imperial (inch) specifications separately.
6: Packaging & Warehousing:Pack by small plastic bags, cartons or woven bags according to customer requirements.
Paste clear labels with material, standard, size, quantity and batch number.Store in dry warehouse to avoid moisture and oxidation.
