1.Raw Material Selection & Incoming InspectionWe select high‑quality carbon steel bar as raw material. Every batch receives incoming quality inspection, including chemical composition analysis, hardness test and surface defect check. Sub‑standard carbon steel bars are rejected to secure the foundation for mechanical performance of Double Swivel Socket.

2.Sawing & Blank CuttingAccording to drawing and order specifications, automatic sawing machines cut carbon steel bars into required blanks. Cutting length and outer diameter are precisely controlled. End‑face burrs are removed after cutting to prevent negative influence on subsequent forging and machining steps.

3.Hot Forging FormingThe qualified blanks are heated and forged under high pressure. Forging shapes the main body, swivel cavity and joint structure of the socket. Forging process optimizes internal metal fiber structure, improving overall strength and pressure‑bearing capacity for pipeline working conditions.

4.CNC Precision MachiningForged workpieces are processed by CNC lathes. Key dimensions including inner cavity, mating surface and thread profiles are machined strictly. This step guarantees assembly clearance for double‑swivel movement and thread tolerance for pipe connection.

5.Deburring & Pre‑treatmentAll sharp edges, flash and machining burrs are fully cleaned. Parts go through degreasing and pickling pre‑treatment to remove oil stain, oxide scale and surface impurities, preparing for galvanizing treatment.

6.Zinc‑Plated Surface TreatmentCarbon‑steel workpieces proceed to galvanizing process. Uniform zinc coating is formed on component surface to achieve anti‑rust and anti‑corrosion effect. Coating thickness is monitored to meet industrial anti‑corrosion standards.

7.Functional & Pressure TestingFinished fittings undergo strict tests: swivel flexibility check, thread gauge inspection, dimension measurement and sampling hydraulic pressure test. Products with jamming rotation, thread deviation or leakage risk will be eliminated

.8.Cleaning & Export‑oriented PackingQualified Double Swivel Socket parts are cleaned and dried. They are packed in anti‑rust plastic bags and export cartons with clear size and batch labels, ready for bulk overseas shipment.
