1.Raw Material Cutting：Material: 304 stainless steel coil / stainless steel flat plate (UNS S30400, EN 1.4301)Process: Use CNC shearing machine or laser cutting machine to cut flat steel into required rectangular blanks according to different size specifications Control: Ensure flatness of raw material, no burrs and deformation after cutting.
2. Punching Mounting Holes：Punch all installation holes and diagonal brace fixing holes by CNC punching machine
Hole standard: Φ5mm / Φ6mm countersunk holes, convenient for screw sinking and flush installation Deburr all hole edges to prevent scratching hands and damaging screws
3. 90° Bending Forming:Send punched steel sheets to hydraulic bending machine for right-angle folding Strictly control bending angle at 90°, ensure vertical arm and horizontal arm are perpendicular, no torsion or uneven angle Form the main L-shaped bracket body..
4. Diagonal Reinforcement Welding:Cut small stainless steel strips as triangular diagonal support ribs.Position the brace between two arms and fix by spot welding / full welding.Welding requirement: Firm solder joint, no virtual welding, no welding penetration deformation.The triangular structure greatly improves overall load-bearing capacity and anti-bending performance.
5. Surface Polishing & Brushing：Grind welding points smoothly with abrasive tools to eliminate welding marks Carry out wire drawing (brushed) surface treatment on the whole bracket.Effect: Anti-fingerprint, anti-rust, corrosion-resistant for wet environments (bathroom, kitchen, outdoor).
6. Cleaning Process：Remove oil stain, metal scraps and dust on surface by Manual Cleaning (wipe with rag and neutral detergent).No acid washing, ultrasonic cleaning or sandblasting for this product.Dry thoroughly after cleaning.
7. Quality Inspection:Dimensional inspection: Check length, width, thickness, hole position, 90° bending angle.Welding quality inspection: Test firmness of diagonal brace.Surface inspection: No scratches, rust spots, sharp edges
