A96061 Introduction
Aluminium / Aluminum alloys are sensitive to high temperatures. They tend to lose some of their strength when exposed to high temperatures of about 200-250°C. However, their strength can be increased at subzero temperatures. They also have good corrosion resistance. Aluminium / Aluminum 6061 alloy is the most commonly available and heat treatable alloy.
Aluminum Profile Introduction
aluminum profile is extruded from high‑quality 6063‑T5 or 6061‑T6 aluminum alloy under ASTM B221 standard. It features standard T‑slot grooves for quick connection with various fasteners and accessories. No welding is required for assembly, which greatly improves installation efficiency.
Available in multiple surface finishes including mill finish, silver anodized and black anodized. Different cross‑section sizes
cover light‑duty to heavy‑duty working conditions. The material owns advantages of light weight, high strength, good corrosion resistance and easy reprocessing.
It is widely used for automation equipment frames, workbenches, safety protective guards, assembly lines, machine bases, test fixtures and 3D printer structures. Custom cutting, drilling, milling and CNC processing are supported according to customer drawings.

1.Raw material inspection:Check chemical composition of aluminum ingots, filter unqualified raw materials.
2.Melting & billet casting:Melt aluminum ingots, remove impurities, cast into solid aluminum billets.
3.Billet heating:Heat aluminum billet to target temperature for extrusion.
4.Extrusion forming:Press heated billet through mold to get target profile shape.
5.Cooling & straightening:Cool extruded profiles, straighten to eliminate bending and distortion.
6.Aging heat treatment:Do T5 / T6 aging to improve hardness and mechanical performance.
7.Cut to length:Precision saw cutting according to customer required size.
8.Precision machining:Drilling, punching, milling, tapping per drawing requirements.
9.Surface treatment:Deburr, clean oil; optional anodizing, sandblasting etc.
10.Final QC inspection:Test dimension, hardness, surface quality and alloy composition.
11.Packing:Foam & film packaging to avoid scratches for shipment.
