Carbon Steel A105 introduction
ASTM A105 (UNS K03504) is carbon steel for piping forgings. It works within temperature from -29℃ to 425℃ with excellent forgeability and weldability. Commonly manufactured into Threadolet, Sockolet, hex bushing and other socket & threaded fittings.Normalized A105N is available. Widely used in steam, oil and natural gas pipeline projects, complying with ASME B16.11,MSS SP-97standards.
Hex Washer Head Self Drilling Screw Introduction
Hex washer head self drilling screw (DIN7504K, also called roofing screw) is a one-piece fastener with a drill tail, self-tapping thread, hex flange head and composite EPDM sealing washer; made of A105 zinc-plated carbon steel, SUS410, SUS304 or SUS316, it can drill, tap and fix thin steel plates and color steel tiles without pre-drilling holes, widely used for light steel structures,roof panels and photovoltaic installations for waterproof fastening.
