C26800 introduction
C26800 (UNS C26800, equivalent to H68 brass) is a typical alpha‑phase copper‑zinc yellow brass alloy. Its chemical composition contains Cu 64.0‑68.5%, Zn as balance, with strictly limited trace impurities such as Fe and Pbsxjiade.en....
This material features excellent cold formability, good ductility and moderate mechanical strength. It performs well in stamping,deep drawing, bending, soldering and tin‑plating processing. It owns reliable corrosion resistance under atmospheric and fresh‑water conditions, suitable for general‑purpose industrial components.

Brass Hose Barb Coupling Introduction
Brass hose barb coupling is a common hose fitting machined from solid brass bar by CNC turning. It features double barbed ends for tight insertion into flexible rubber, PVC or silicone hoses, fixed with hose clamps to prevent leakage.

1.Raw Material Inspection:
We adopt qualified solid brass rod (C36000 / H59 brass) as raw material. Each batch will be inspected for chemical composition,hardness and surface quality to ensure compliance with ASTM standard before production.
2.CNC Turning Machining:
Brass bars are processed by automatic CNC lathes. The equipment completes cutting, outer diameter turning, forming hose barbs,chamfering and length cutting in one process to guarantee consistent size and concentricity.
3.Deburring & Polishing:
Remove sharp burrs on barb edges and pipe ends. Surface polishing is carried out to get smooth finish, avoiding scratch damage to flexible hoses during installation.
4.Surface Inspection:
Workers check dimensions, barb integrity, surface cracks, pits and deformation one by one. Unqualified products will be separated and reworked.
5.Cleaning & Degreasing:
Use ultrasonic cleaning to remove cutting oil, metal chips and dirt residue from the surface.
6.Finished Product Testing:
Spot check the pull-out resistance and sealing performance under low pressure to verify leak-proof capacity after hose assembly.
7.Packaging:
Qualified couplings are packed into anti-static plastic bags or cartons with label marking specifications for storage and
shipment.
